There’s a special buzz in McLean this time of year—a mix of crisp air 🍂 and community anticipation as the holidays approach. That energy will peak on Sunday, December 7, 2025, when the McLean Revitalization Corporation (MRC) proudly presents the 2025 McLean Winterfest Parade 🎉.
More than a holiday tradition, Winterfest is a celebration of togetherness. It’s the moment McLean steps out of its winter routine to shine as one vibrant community 🌟. Thanks to the generosity of sponsors and the dedication of countless volunteers, this beloved event continues to grow stronger each year.
🤝 A CELEBRATION OF UNITY
Winterfest is where McLean’s heart truly beats ❤️. Scouts march beside local businesses, school bands tune up near civic groups, and dance troupes dazzle the crowd. Together they create a living mosaic of the organizations and individuals that make our town thrive.
The parade isn’t just entertainment—it’s a joyful showcase of local pride and the power of collaboration.
🎉 A FULL DAY OF FESTIVE FUN
The celebration begins with pre-parade performances at 2:30 PM, followed by the Winterfest Parade at 3:30 PM, featuring colorful floats, bands, and community groups.
And this year brings an exciting new addition—our first-ever Winterfest Block Party at 5:00 PM in the Langley Shopping Center, with music 🎵, art activities 🎨, and a special visit from Santa Claus 🎅!
With more than 50 restaurants nearby 🍴, the fun continues long after the parade passes by, making Winterfest a true downtown celebration.
