AT FOUR SEASONS DC WINE AND DINE

Washington, D.C.’s culinary scene took center stage during Chef Michael Mina’s fourth annual Four Seasons Wine & Dine, a two-day celebration of exceptional cuisine and meaningful philanthropy held November 13–14 at the iconic Four Seasons Hotel Washington, D.C. Benefiting MedStar, the event brought together renowned Michelin-starred and James Beard Award–winning chefs from across the country for an unforgettable showcase of talent, flavor, and purpose.
Wine & Dine 2025 featured an extraordinary lineup, including Chef Michael Mina of Bourbon Steak and Aqua Bistecca, alongside Quentin Welch, Executive Chef of Bourbon Steak DC. Joining them were acclaimed chefs such as Carlos Delgado of Causa + Amazonia (James Beard Award winner, Best Chef Mid-Atlantic), Henji Cheung of Queen’s English, and Will Patton of Press Club, who curated the beverage experience. The festivities concluded with the signature Celebrity Chefs Dinner, drawing notable guests including Tammy Haddad, Kenneth Samet, Wolf Blitzer, David Burke, and Matt Wilson, all gathering in support of a cause that continues to nourish both community and culture.
