With experience working in top restaurants in Los Angeles, as well as owning businesses in Honduras and Panama, Gabriela has developed a signature style that blends classic techniques with global flavors. As a private chef for the US Embassy in São Paulo, Gabriela showcased her talent for crafting elegant, sophisticated dishes with a contemporary twist with a focus on fresh, local ingredients and sustainability. Gabriela recently moved to McLean and is excited to discover the restaurant scene in the DMV area.
